With over eight miles of the Middle Fork Little Canyon Creek flowing through the property, you would be hard-pressed to find a more beautiful property in the West. The owner, who recently purchased the property, contracted ACI to provide a full evaluation of the stream, including the fishery and the available habitat, and a newly constructed pond at the historic ranch house. We surveyed several sites on the stream and found good populations of rainbow, brook, and brown trout throughout. The largest fish that we sampled was a brown trout over 22 inches and nearly 4.5 pounds. Survey results were used to provide recommendations to the owner for lake management, stream management, and stream renovation.
